Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Remain focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, ins/outs, signing, and storing reserve product.
• Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent guest experience while completing tasks efficiently.
• Support the Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests and engage to exceed expectations.
