Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Starbucks or food service preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Maintain and execute the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Handle food deliveries, replenishment and in-stock routines.
• Follow promotions and Drive Up processes to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Create a welcoming dining area and engage with guests.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to recipes.
• Ensure food safety and proper temperature records.
• Complete cleaning tasks in the Starbucks area.
• Identify damaged or expired items and manage inventory accordingly.
• Support guest services like back-up cashier and Drive-Up.
• Adhere to safety policies and training.
