Job summary

Target’s Starbucks Barista position in Midlothian, VA is a fast-paced role focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. The barista will craft beverages and foods to spec, manage drive-up orders, and maintain cleanliness while following safety standards.

Prior Starbucks/food service experience is preferred, with a welcoming attitude toward guests and colleagues. The job requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and to operate handheld scanners and POS

Responsibilities

• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to Starbucks' specifications and quality standards.
• Follow food safety requirements and maintain cleanliness and organization in the Starbucks space.
