Job summary

Target Hawaii is seeking a Starbucks Barista to provide a warm, friendly guest experience, craft beverages and foods to recipe, and uphold food safety standards on the sales floor.

You will assist guests, restock, and support drive-up and order pickup while following Target and Starbucks routines. Prior Starbucks/food service experience is preferred but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
• Maintain food safety and keep in-stock items accurate and well presented.
• Support Drive Up and order pickup processes and assist team members as needed.
