Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to deliver a guest-focused experience and craft beverages and food to specification. The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and timely service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work with team members to meet guest needs, operate POS and handheld devices, and maintain stock levels and product presentation while upholding Target’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Starbucks or food service is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and store technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Prepare crafted beverages and food per recipe cards.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness procedures as outlined in training.
