Job summary

Target is looking for a friendly Starbucks Barista in Hawaii (Kailua) to deliver an inspiring guest experience. You will greet guests, prepare handcrafted beverages and Foods to recipe, and ensure cleanliness and accurate signing while following Target and Starbucks standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility with shifts (nights, weekends, holidays), and adherence to food safety guidelines. Training programs and benefits are provided by Target.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you
• Support drive-up and order pickup processes to fulfill digital orders accurately
• Maintain an inviting dining area and uphold Starbucks food safety standards
• Carry out food and beverage processes including replenishment and signing
