Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule (nights, weekends)

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with quality handcrafted beverages and foods.
• Uphold and maintain Starbucks and Food & Beverage standards.
• Follow food safety procedures and rotate stock as needed.
• Assist with Drive Up and order pickup processes as required.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment for guests at all times.
• Engage with guests to understand and meet their needs efficiently.
