Job summary

Clique Hospitality seeks a Barista to support daily operations in the café/venue, preparing beverages and food while delivering exceptional guest service. You will help drive guest satisfaction, manage payments, and maintain a clean, efficient workstation in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of F&B experience, strong English communication, and the ability to upsell. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of F&B outlet customer service experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a high stress & high-volume environment.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator.
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.
• Knowledge of different types of tendering guest checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or serve beverages and/or food to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues with prompt and courteous service.
• Handle cash and payments accurately at the point of sale.
• Maintain bar inventory and cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment.
• Upsell and promote items to enhance guest experience.
• Work as part of a team to support all guests and staff during service.
