Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to provide a welcoming guest experience, craft beverages and foods to spec, and uphold Target's Food & Beverage standards in-store. You will engage customers, handle POS duties, and maintain store cleanliness with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You may support Drive Up and pickup services, adapt to flexible hours including nights and weekends, and participate in comprehensive training with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent Starbucks experience by maintaining quality and freshness.
• Follow food safety guidelines and keep accurate temperature records.
• Prepare hand crafted beverages and food to recipe cards.
• Assist with Drive Up, order pickup, and guest interactions during shifts.
• Maintain a clean, inviting dining area and restock as needed.
