Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to provide a welcoming guest experience, craft beverages and food, and maintain cleanliness and safety on the sales floor. You will help with replenishment, order fulfillment, and Drive Up duties while following Target and Starbucks standards.

Strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays) are important. Prior Starbucks/food service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a fresh and organized store during all hours.
• Uphold the Food & Beverage Standards and safety guidelines.
• Process deliveries, replenishment, and inventory checks with accuracy.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
• Support Drive Up and order pickup to fulfill digital guest orders.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs while following Target routines.
