The Old Spaghetti Factory in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft classic and creative cocktails and engage guests for a memorable dining experience. Enjoy hourly pay plus tips, paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bartender experience, strong knowledge of spirits and techniques, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

1–2 years of Bartender experience.
Knowledge of spirits and techniques.
Excellent verbal communication with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach throughout shift.
Must be 21+ years of age.
Team player and friendly attitude.
Certifications such as SERV Safe, TIPS or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities
