The Old Spaghetti Factory in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Bartender to craft classic and creative cocktails, engage guests, and ensure memorable service.

You will mix drinks with high-quality ingredients, maintain standards of sanitation, and work with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a seamless guest experience. 1–2 years' experience preferred; must be 21+ and able to work weekends; hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartender experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent knowledge of spirits and drink ingredients.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest engagement skills.

• Craft classic and creative cocktails and other beverages with quality ingredients.
• Provide warm welcomes and engaging, professional service.
• Make recommendations based on guest tastes for a personalized experience.
