Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending experience preferred.
• Must have current TABC certification and Food Handler’s certification.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel bar.
• Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails and proper pouring methods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes; maintain bar inventory and par levels.
• Greet guests, provide recommendations, verify legal drinking age, and handle guest concerns.
• Assist in training new bartenders and barbacks on recipes and procedures.
• Communicate inventory, equipment issues, and incidents to F&B Manager; report nightly sales.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety standards.
