Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a professional Bartender to craft high-quality drinks and deliver exceptional guest service at a fast-paced resort bar. The role emphasizes mixology expertise, efficient multitasking, and engaging guests while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include beverage preparation per recipes, inventory management, and POS transactions, with a strong focus on hospitality and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 years experience preferred.
• Bartending knowledge and beverage preparation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, take orders and provide recommendations based on taste preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring ingredient levels, and reducing waste.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS system.
• Follow alcohol service regulations and company policies to ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with servers, barbacks and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere while maintaining professionalism.
• All other duties as assigned.
