Qualifications

Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

Beverage preparation: prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Greet guests and provide recommendations based on preferences.
Maintain knowledge of the bar menu and pairings.
Monitor inventory and assist with stock of liquor, mixers, and glassware.
Keep bar area clean and organized; adhere to sanitation guidelines.
Handle cash/credit transactions and reconcile sales at shift end.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff; assist training of junior staff.
