Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders, process cash and credit card transactions.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May assist servers by providing drinks from the service well.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and check IDs to ensure minimum age.
• Follow cash handling policies.
• Set up and break down workstations, clean and sanitize.
• Take inventory counts and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Provide excellent guest service and anticipate guests' needs.
• Maintain a positive demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Protect company assets and security.
