Puttshack USA seeks a motivated Bartender to craft cocktails and serve beverages with flair in a high-energy, guest-focused setting. You’ll follow recipes, manage bar stock, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Candidates should have craft cocktail experience in busy venues, be 21+, and hold requisite state licenses. The role offers flexible hours, base pay + tips, and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses and certifications per state/local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game every day.
• Greet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions.
• Stock/restock bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow all steps of service to effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Anticipate guests' needs and show attentiveness to exceed expectations.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions.
• Safely and effectively transport food and beverages.
• Keep areas tidy and comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Give direction to barbacks and be a team player.
• Complete alcohol awareness training.
• Other duties as assigned.
