The Harbor Cocktail Lounge in Downtown Fort Pierce is seeking an experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys the craft of bartending and delivers exceptional hospitality with well-balanced cocktails.

Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, upselling premium drinks, handling high-volume periods, and maintaining a welcoming, upscale atmosphere for guests. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Craft cocktail experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, proper techniques, and bar terminology.
• Comfortable using jiggers and following standardized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits accurately and consistently.
• Follow established recipes, proper pour measurements, presentation standards, and responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service while engaging with guests.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, cocktail ingredients, wine, beer, and our menu.
• Upsell premium spirits and cocktails where appropriate.
• Handle multiple guests and drink orders during high-volume periods.
• Enter orders and process payments through the POS system.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Complete opening, closing, restocking, prep, and cleaning duties.
• Monitor inventory and report low-stock items to management.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers, barbacks, and management.
• Follow all company policies and Florida alcohol-service requirements.
• Help create the welcoming, upscale-but-approachable atmosphere.

The Harbor Cocktail Lounge in Downtown Fort Pierce is looking for an experienced, personable Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of bartending and understands that a great bartender is more than someone who makes drinks. Our ideal candidate provides exceptional hospitality, creates consistent and well-balanced cocktails, works efficiently during busy shifts, and contributes positively to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits accurately and consistently
• Follow established recipes, proper pour measurements, presentation standards, and responsible alcohol-service practices
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service while engaging with guests
• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail ingredients, wine, beer, and our menu
• Make knowledgeable recommendations and confidently upsell premium spirits and cocktails
• Handle multiple guests and drink orders efficiently during high-volume periods
• Properly enter orders and process payments through the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready bar throughout the shift
• Complete opening, closing, restocking, prep, and cleaning responsibilities
• Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items or product concerns to management
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, cocktail servers, barbacks, management, and other team members
• Follow all company policies and Florida alcohol-service requirements
