Maui Brewing Co. in Kihei, HI is seeking a full-time Packaging Operator to support primary packaging, set-up, and clean-up. This role involves forklift operation, material handling, and ensuring orderly packaging lines with attention to safety and quality.

The position requires a high school diploma, with brewing education preferred. Candidates should be reliable, capable of manual labor, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; brewing education preferred.
• Ability to work independently on departmental tasks with limited supervision.
• Forklift operation as part of packaging and warehouse duties.
• Commitment to safety and proper handling of materials.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties on a shift schedule, including mechanical operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and forklift use.
• Assist with facility cleanliness, organization, and stock rotation of raw materials and finished goods.
• Operate packaging lines, BOR preparations, continuous operation, and EOR duties as assigned.
• Support shipping in managing incoming/outgoing containers, loading/unloading, and receiving.
• Work independently on departmental tasks with minimal supervision.
