Job summary

Artisanal Brewing Ventures is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 1st shift at Victory Brewing in Downingtown, PA. The role focuses on operating and maintaining packaging lines to meet production schedules, ensuring quality, and following SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year in packaging or manufacturing operations, strong safety and sanitation knowledge, and the ability to work with minimal supervision on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year packaging/manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with brewery safety programs and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment (carton machines, depalletizers, fillers, labelers).
• Ensure daily packaging activities meet SOPs and quality standards.
• Report quality or machinery issues to supervisor; assist maintenance as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to CIP procedures and safety guidelines.
