Job summary

Victory Brewing is seeking a Packaging Operator for the 1st shift in Downingtown, PA. You will operate and maintain packaging equipment, ensure daily production schedules are met, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Requirements include 1+ year in packaging or manufacturing, HS diploma, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods. This role offers growth opportunities within ABV brands and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year packaging or manufacturing operations experience.
• Safety-focused with brewery familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily packaging activities on bottling/can lines are safe and SOP-compliant.
• Maintain clean work area and prevent contamination.
• Attach packaging machine to tanks to avoid contamination.
• Verify finished product matches beer, label, and packaging specs.
• Assist in maintenance, cleaning, inventory, and light repairs as directed.
• Collaborate with QA to address quality issues and train others.
