Job summary

BreweryJobs.com is seeking a Packaging Line Operator for our Blanco, Texas facility. This full-time on-site role involves operating and setting up packaging lines across can and bottle stations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced brewing environment.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a can-do attitude, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and willing to perform duties across multiple stations while maintaining GMPs and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible with schedule to meet needs, including some evening shifts.
• Report to work on time.
• Contributes to a positive working environment.
• Proper use and handling of chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations and machines following SOP.
• Operate machines following SOP and perform minor maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks and document production data.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize work area.
• Handle chemicals for sanitation and cleaning cycles.
• Run stations with focus on safety and sanitation.
• Notify Packaging Manager of quality issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Remove defective materials per SOP and report mechanical issues.
• Suggest improvements to work station and reduce waste/downtime.
• Assist Packaging Hall and Operations teams as needed.
• Cross-train to other stations on can and bottle lines.
