• Order materials used in the brewing process.
• Analyze and monitor beer fermentation cycles.
• Maintain clear, legible, and organized production records.
• Monitor, and forecast beer usage; manage storage and handling of chemicals and gases.
• Control process variables (temperature, cleanliness, sanitation) and keep equipment functioning.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
