Qualifications

• 1–2+ years serving in a fast-paced, high-volume, craft food/beverage concept.
• Hospitality mindset: read tables, handle rushes with calm efficiency, connect with guests.
• Enthusiasm to master our beverage lineup, smokehouse menu, and dietary/allergy standards.
• Willingness to run drinks, bus tables, and support teammates during peak pushes.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with friendly, attentive service.
• Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Run drinks, bus open tables, and assist teammates during rushes.
• Maintain station cleanliness and support smooth service throughout shifts.
