Job summary

Victory Brewing Company is seeking a Bartender to join our taproom team in Kennett Square. You will educate guests about our beers, craft cocktails, and nonalcoholic options while delivering an exceptional hospitality experience.

You will handle POS transactions, maintain bar cleanliness, and support opening/closing duties. A positive attitude, product knowledge, and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience with craft cocktails is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort discussing our products with guests.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at the bar, ensuring a welcoming hospitality experience.
• Prepare and serve liquor, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks per guest orders.
• Enter food and beverage orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely orders and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and stock supplies; manage keg rotation as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other side work such as cleaning and resetting dining areas.
• Support private dining events and special functions as needed.
