Job summary

Victory Brewing Company is seeking a Bartender to join our taproom team. You will greet guests, educate them about our beers, prepare drinks, and maintain a clean, organized bar. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience and comfort with high-volume service in a hospitality-driven environment.

You will operate a POS system, verify IDs, and handle payments while collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely orders. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Passion for hospitality and craft beverages.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable discussing products with guests.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with craft cocktails is desired.
• At least one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they are seated at the bar and ensure the bar is clean and stocked.
• Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen for timely delivery.
• Perform bar prep tasks such as cutting garnish, making syrups, and batching cocktails.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and restock as needed.
• Follow alcohol service laws and check IDs.
• Process guest payments and handle transactions.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other side work.
