Job summary

Wadsworth Buehler's Fresh Foods is seeking an hourly assistant for the Beer, Wine and Liquor Department. You will handle ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, merchandising, inventory, and backstock control on the sales floor, while maintaining cleanliness and customer relations.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to perform suggestive selling, and compliance with State regulations regarding liquor sales, including occasional lifting and long hours as needed by

Qualifications

• Availability to be scheduled 35+ hrs/week including nights and weekends
• Experience in Beer and Wine dept preferred
• Physical demands include repetitive lifting to 50 lbs and occasional lifting to 80 lbs

Responsibilities

• Ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, and merchandising in the Beer, Wine and Liquor Department
• Record keeping, inventory and backstock control
• Scanner maintenance and housekeeping on the sales floor
• Customer relations and suggestive selling to customers
• Compliance with State liquor sale regulations
