Spec's Family Partners is seeking an energetic retail associate to deliver exceptional guest service and drive beer sales at our Texas location. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help them choose products based on preferences and in-house brands.

Responsibilities include stocking, pricing, and operating the cash register with accuracy. The role requires good math skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong beer knowledge of craft beers and national brands.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage in conversation with a helpful demeanor.
• Assist guests with product information, pricing, and use of merchandise.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory to keep shelves fresh.
• Set up displays and promotional events to drive sales.
• Maintain neat sales floor, price tags, and back stock.
• Follow safety regulations and use RF scanners and computers.
• Maintain excellent guest relations and teamwork on shifts.
