Job summary

Specs Family Partners in Texas is seeking a store associate to deliver exceptional guest service, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized. You will greet guests, assist with carts, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, be able to work flexible shifts including Fridays and Saturdays, and possess or obtain a TABC Beverage Sellers Permit. Training is provided for duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with willingness to learn.
• Must read, write and understand simple memos.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Must have or obtain a valid TABC Beverage Sellers Permit.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide extraordinary service.
• Stock shelves, front and review for out-of-date items.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms and floors.
• Assist with inventory and operate the cash register when needed.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
