North High Brewing is seeking exceptional bartenders to join our fast-growing team. You’ll serve creatively crafted drinks and beers in a busy restaurant, working with a crew of amazing people.

As a North High Brewing bartender, you will create exceptional experiences for our guests, provide fantastic service at the bar, take tables with servers, craft beverages promptly, manage side work, and resolve customer issues. Passion for service and craft beer is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
• Educate guests about NHB beers, craft spirits, cocktails, wine and food.
• Prepare the bar for service by doing the designated prep tasks.
• Maintain a clean bar area and alert management to any issues with bar equipment.
• Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
• Take orders and maintain a section of tables when necessary.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Wash and sanitize glassware.
• Answer the phone and take orders when necessary.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Follow other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related duties requested by their supervisor.
