Job summary

The Brass Tap in Gilbert, AZ is seeking friendly bartenders to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, pour beer, mix cocktails, and serve food in a fast-paced craft beer bar environment.

We value beer knowledge, customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; flexible part-time or full-time schedules available, with paid training and meal perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 or older, based on state & local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to The Brass Tap
• Follow The Brass Tap steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe procedures
• Present guest check and take payment; Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
