BrewDog PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the site operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the General Manager and lead a team to deliver BrewDog’s renowned guest experience.

You’ll train staff, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive, high-energy environment. This role focuses on people development and daily operational excellence.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old to handle alcohol per state policy.
• Hospitality or bar management experience is preferred.
• Able to lead by example and train others in service standards.
