Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced bartender to support beverage service at events and facilities in South Carolina. You will greet guests, take orders, mix drinks, and ensure supplies are stocked and maintained. You will also handle inventories, document par stocks, and ensure compliance with ABC laws and health regulations.

The role requires strong communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to multitask under pressure, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow sanitation procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service.
• Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly patrons.
• Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work on multiple assignments with frequent interruptions and stress.

Responsibilities

• Inspects bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks according to recipes.
• Greets guests upon arrival and takes food and beverage orders.
• Monitors daily inventory and usage to determine demand for drinks and liquors.
• Cleans and locks up, maintains records and ensures par stock.
• Ensures compliance with ABC Laws and health/environment standards.
• Performs end-of-month inventories and assists in ordering liquor and other supplies.
• Cleans facilities and equipment and handles cash securely.
