Job summary

Hampton Inn & Suites Navy Yard in Washington, DC is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to welcome travelers, mix cocktails, pour drafts, and provide friendly service at the bar and dining area.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, previous bartending experience, and a current Food Handler’s Permit; ability to work flexible weekends; hotel discounts and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
• Make creative and tasty drinks and serve drafts to guests.
• Engage with guests appropriately, knowing when to chat and when to be discreet.
• Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar.
