Job summary

Topgolf in the United States is seeking a skilled bartender to craft a wide range of drinks and deliver exceptional guest service. You will manage orders, handle cash and POS, and maintain a clean, organized bar in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include serving beverages responsibly, assisting guests, and setting up service areas. Certification in responsible beverage service is preferred where required by law, with strong knowledge of mixology highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction.
• Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
• Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.
