Topgolf is seeking a capable bartender to prepare and serve a wide range of beverages and ensure exceptional guest service. You will interact with guests, take orders, and maintain a clean bar while adhering to safety and legal standards.

Responsibilities include garnishing drinks, stocking the bar, and handling payments via POS. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age where employed.
• Certification in responsible beverage service where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests, take and deliver drink orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and stock supplies.
• Ensure beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with laws.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas.
