Job summary

Topgolf Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced bartender to craft and serve a wide range of drinks and provide warm, attentive guest service. You will manage orders, maintain bar cleanliness, and ensure responsible beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

Role requires cash handling and POS operation, excellent communication, and teamwork with bar colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our St. Louis venue.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Must meet legal drinking age.
• Certification in responsible beverage service where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Ensure responsible serving and compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Prepare garnishes and garnish drinks; set up service areas for daily operations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the bar team and other staff to provide exceptional service.
