Puttshack is seeking friendly Bartenders for our Philadelphia venues. You will mix and serve cocktails, greet guests, and ensure a memorable guest experience with top-notch hospitality. The role requires strong cocktail knowledge, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and adherence to safety and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in high-volume bar/restaurant.
• Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses/certificates per state/local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy environment.
• Effective communication to perform job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Stock and replenish bar areas with alcohol, garnishes, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across bar top and dining area.
• Coordinate with barbacks and team to ensure smooth service.
• Complete alcohol awareness training and follow all policies.
