Job summary

AC Hotel Symphony Park in Las Vegas is seeking a bartender to manage daily bar setup, stock control, and drink preparation while delivering courteous guest service. You will garnish and present drinks, comply with beverage regulations, and document orders at the POS.

Flexibility to assist in restaurant service and complete side work is required. Qualified candidates should hold a Certified Food Handler and an Alcohol Awareness Certification, with a team‑oriented attitude and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily, stocking beverages and supplies.
• Prepares and garnishes drinks; serves guests and documents orders.
• Abides by all state, federal, and corporate beverage-service requirements.
• Inputs orders into POS and generates checks to ensure accountability.
• Follows cashier processes and stores beverage and equipment securely.
• Performs side work and cleans as needed and ensures attendance.
• May service tables in the restaurant area as required.
