Job summary

Dockside Pub Swampscott is seeking a bartender with 2 years of experience to deliver friendly, efficient service and craft classic and innovative drinks that exceed guests’ expectations. You will interact with guests, take orders, mix cocktails, restock bar inventory, check IDs, plan and present the bar menu, and ensure compliance with beverage regulations while maintaining a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
