You will master the beverage program, engage guests with genuine conversation, and thrive in a lively, high-volume setting while maintaining excellent standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in upscale settings.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and proper bar technique.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong presentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve well-executed cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create genuine connections with guests and help build the bar's social energy.
• Learn Le Flâneur’s beverage program, wine list, and daily features in depth.
• Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and guide the experience.
• Maintain speed, precision, and composure during high-volume periods.
• Enter orders accurately and process transactions using the POS.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout service.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
• Collaborate with servers, culinary partners, and leadership to ensure seamless service.
• Build relationships with returning guests and foster repeat visits.
