Job summary

AC Hotel Bentonville, part of Coury Hospitality, is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional drinking and dining experiences in a lively bar and dining room. You will prepare cocktails, manage wine service, upsell specials, and maintain bar cleanliness while greeting guests warmly.

Candidates should be 21+, have knowledge of wines and drinks, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time, non-exempt position in the Food & Beverage department.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21 or above.
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage brand selections, drink garnishes, prices, etc.
• Comprehensive knowledge of house cocktails, ingredients, and recipes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers promptly and warmly.
• Present menus, take beverage orders, prepare and serve drinks per recipes.
• Perform wine service when needed and upsell specials.
• Record orders into POS and handle payments.
• Maintain bar inventory, cleanliness, and organization.
