Job summary

FINE ENTERTAINMENT MANAGEMENT is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft drinks and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced venue in Reno, NV. You will greet guests, prepare cocktails, and ensure the bar and lounge stay clean and stocked.

Responsibilities include serving food and beverages, upselling menu items, handling cash transactions, and assisting with side duties. Must be 21+, hold valid Nevada Alcohol Awareness and Health cards, and communicate fluently in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience as a bartender or apprentice bartender preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to communicate with guests to meet needs.
• Money-handling and cash register experience preferred.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM, ACT, or equivalent).
• Valid Health Card issued by Southern Nevada Health District.
• Valid LVMPD Non-Gaming card (Sheriff's Card).
• Ability to reach, stoop, bend, lift and clean during shift.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide superior service.
• Prepare and pour drinks accurately for guests and cocktail servers.
• Efficiently serve food and beverages following service standards.
• Know menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain clean and stocked bar area and presentation of lounge.
• Restock bar products; garnish trays and ice bins.
• Process transactions accurately and present receipts.
• Run food to tables and bus tables as needed.
• Perform side work and keep a tidy work area.
• Actively market venues by collecting guest information for the marketing database.
