Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well.
• Adheres to all alcohol service policies and checks patrons' IDs to ensure minimum age.
• Adheres to cash handling policies.
• Sets up and breaks down workstations and sanitizes.
• Takes inventory counts and ensures products are stocked to appropriate levels.
• Provides excellent guest service and anticipates guests' needs.
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests and coworkers.
• Ensures security of company assets.
