Pins Mechanical Company is a social gathering spot featuring arcade, duckpin bowling, and craft cocktails. As a Bartender, you will craft hand-made beverages and accurately process POS transactions while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and excited about their visit.

You will greet guests, verify IDs, maintain menu knowledge, and prepare drinks quickly in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and night shifts are required, with opportunities to work with a fun, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, lifting up to 35 lbs).
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Check IDs before serving alcohol.
• Ring up accurate tabs in the POS system.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the beverage menu and recipes.
• Assess guests' needs and make recommendations.
• Prepare drinks quickly and consistently for guests and servers.
• Assist team members and keep opening/closing duties organized and clean.
