Merck in Rahway is seeking an experienced senior manager to lead a team of Clinical Research Associates in monitoring clinical trials, ensuring performance and regulatory compliance. You will mentor CRAs, develop capabilities, and align country activities with HQ planning.

The role emphasizes people leadership, capacity forecasting, and maintaining high standards in trial management while collaborating with global and country partners. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science is required.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of ICH/GCP and Good Documentation Practices.

Responsabilités

• Work allocation, staff development and performance appraisal.
• Provides input for capacity planning, including reporting current manpower and forecasting CRA capacity and needs.
• Coordinate with CRMs, PLMS and other functions to ensure process consistency and protocol implementation across the country.
• Resolve CRA/site operational issues in coordination with CRM to meet commitments.
• Attend local Investigator Meetings if requested.
• Interface with GCTO partners on trial execution.
