Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; five years' bank compliance experience desired.
• Experience with regulatory examinations and audits preferred.
• BSA/AML training or certification is a plus.

• Drive CRA program success and document activities across services and FHLB programs.
• Generate reports for CRA Committee to support strategic decisions.
• Identify CRA opportunities with stakeholders and business lines.
• Conduct data integrity reviews of CRA activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Facilitate monthly CRA Liaison meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with implementation of CRA-related regulations across the bank.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Group to maintain FHLB program documentation.
