Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group seeks a Project Manager II to lead CQV projects in life sciences across Indianapolis and other U.S. locations. You’ll manage commissioning, qualification, and validation efforts from concept through closure, coordinating design, installation, startup and commissioning activities.

The role requires a STEM BS, 5+ years in CQV/PM, and the ability to travel to client sites. We offer growth across multiple offices and a collaborative, people-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in biology, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, or another STEM field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of commissioning, qualification, validation, and project management experience in life sciences applications.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, forecasts, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and execution strategies for commissioning, qualification, and validation engagements.
• Manage project resources, budgets, forecasts, schedules, engineering activities, and project documentation.
• Lead project execution from concept development through design, implementation, installation, commissioning, start-up, and closure.
• Coordinate commissioning, qualification, and validation activities in accordance with the approved project plan.
• Drive project outcomes aligned with defined scope, schedule, budget, and client objectives.
• Maintain and grow client relationships throughout project development and execution.
