Job summary

BW Design Group seeks a Project Manager II, CQV to lead commissioning, qualification, and validation projects for life sciences clients. You will oversee plans, coordinate resources, and deliver end-to-end execution across design, installation, start-up, commissioning, qualification, and validation, while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a BS in a STEM field and at least five years in commissioning, qualification, validation, and project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in biology, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, or another STEM field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of five years of commissioning, qualification, validation, and project management experience in life sciences applications
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, forecasts, and project documentation
• Experience supporting life sciences projects through design, implementation, installation, commissioning, and start-up
• Ability to travel for project installation and start-up activities, client meetings, company-sponsored meetings, training, seminars, forums, and conventions
• Pharmaceutical or other life sciences industry experience
• Experience managing the full project life cycle from concept development through project closure

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and execution strategies for commissioning, qualification, and validation engagements
• Manage project resources, budgets, forecasts, schedules, engineering activities, and project documentation
• Lead project execution from concept development through design, implementation, installation, commissioning, start-up, and closure
• Coordinate commissioning, qualification, and validation activities in accordance with the approved project plan
• Drive project outcomes aligned with defined scope, schedule, budget, and client objectives
• Maintain and grow client relationships throughout project development and execution
• Support local and regional client development and expansion efforts
