The role collaborates with the Health Services Administrator to revise site policies, maintain standards, and coordinate corrective actions, ensuring proactive CQI and patient safety reporting across clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master’s in healthcare administration or nursing specialties preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience; valid RN license.
• Strong credibility, independence, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of correctional healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements (NCCHC, ACA, NJ Administrative Code 10-A, PBNDS).
• Experience in training and development.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with internal/external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
